The book is in excellent condition apart from some very minor tearing of the dust jacket (see pic). The rest of the book is almost like new. 302 pages, 212 plate illustrations, 21 chapters, 16 appendices. Covers every aspect of the Arnold part of the marine chronometer story.  This is a serious work on the Arnold family and is a highly sought after by chronometer collectors around the world.
