I show it open so you can see bothe covers. Inside are 3 little needle packs on left side and right side had one pack, now missing. It looks early 1900's. Keep watching my auctions as I go through the old storage boxes.I have edited all the photos so they appear on your monitor just as they do in person, give or take a little. If it is faded I made it faded etc. They can be enhanced/edited/zoomed to bring out details you can't see otherwise (but I didn't do that).Shipping is $1.34 first class in the USA, more elsewhere.
