Description  This offering is a Spanish Colonial "Type Set" of Cobs Minted in Mexico prior to 1715 and recovered from the '1715 Fleet Wreck' by it's original discoverer "Kip Wagner".  These coins have full Provenance with certificates signed by "Kip" (Kip Wagner).  There is also a certification from "Foul Anchor Archives" NYC attesting to their authenticity.  I purchased these coins with certificates from Frank Sedwick, Dan Sedwick's father prior to his death in the 1990's.  Included in the set are the following coins:  8 Reales OMJ (M=Mexico Mint, J=Assayer), 4 Reales, 2 Reales, and 1 reales.  These were the commonly minted "Cob's" other demoniations such as 1/2 Reales were cut from other coins.  You won't find an original "Type Set" complete with "Real "8" Co. Inc."
