It has a medallion of who I believe is Crown Prince Friedrich III which would date this to the late 1880's. I believe it may be an early Hohner because it also has (2) medallions of Dem Verdienste. It is functional with the bellows being in good condition. I do not know enough about this type of instument to say that it is working perfectly, but it does play. It has 10 keys, 2 pull stops, and 12 brass "bells". There is what appears to be some filler on the area where the "keyboard" is mounted. It measures closed approx. 13.25" x 11" x 7".
