Free Shipping on Purchases of 5 or More Maps and Prints Description:  It is an original engraved antique map in great shape with original handcoloring. It is from an 1844 Atlas published under the authority of the Diffusion of Useful Knowledge (SDUK), a copy of the title page is included for authenticity. The Society for the Diffusion of Useful Knowledge (SDUK) name appears in the title block. The society was formed in 1826 and committed to the publication of the most upto date scientific findings for the dispersion of knowledge to the general public. It is hand numbered in India Ink in the corner. The maps are some of the most detailed English Maps of the period. Nice vignettes of the US Bank and Philadelphia Exchange. Overall, a Beautiful Map that will frame up nicely.  Size: The map image measures approximately 11 1/2 by 14 1/2 inches on a 13 1/2 by 16" page with a margin all around for framing. Condition: The map is in Very Good condition with overall light tonal ageing with a slight darking around the edges. Other than a couple of minor spots in the margin, the map is very clean printed on a bright page with original handcoloring, see the pics. The pics are generally very accurate, especially the details so take a good look.  Payment Details: We accept Money Orders, Paypal and Personal Checks from buyers with a positive feedback record. We only accept credit cards and bank transfers through Paypal, see links on page.  International Bidders are encouraged, however we do not accept bank to bank transfers because of the high costs in the US unless buyers wants to pay the $20 fee. If another payment method is desired let us know in advance and we will try to accomondate.  Payment is expected within 10 days. Shipping:  $5 for Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation in the USA and $5 by International Airmail to Canada.  Elsewhere in the world add $7 for International Airmail.  Insured Priority International mail is $18.
