Description: This is an antique 1850's Persian Serapi Oriental rug in fair condition. The rug has some old restoration and pro reweaving the two ends. The color scheme is one of the best that you can get for Serapi rugs. The sides are complete.The rug is strong like a rock and can be use for another 100 years, no wholes, you can use it as is or send for repilling.Most serapi you see on the market are from the late 1800th but this rug is from mid 1800th. Colors: Ivory field with salmon border and light green, rust, light blue, teal.
