The sandalwood is inlayed with silver ebony and ivory   showing a geometric pattern as a  myriad stars. The inside is partitioned for holy books. Good condition a few part of inlayed are missing as you can see on the pictures below. 5"1/2 high 9" width  5"1/2 depth.
