All hand done. Recently unearthed from an old Baltimore estate. I don't think she's been touched in many, many decades. She stands about 7 1/2" by about 3" in diameter at the base. The glory is in the detail. And in the high period fashion. She's got a painted walnut (or some other kind of nut) face, hair, a fancy silk Victorian bonnet with exquisite silk ribbon tie. Fashionable bustle back. Her fringed embossed silk shawl is embellished with a fancy embroidery stitch. Her dress is a copper colored silk, the skirt of which is done in the same copper silk as well as in a section of rich brown silk velvet decorated with a turkey stitch. And check out her little reticule purse with the hanky sticking out. Astonishing attention to detail. Obviously all original. Excellent, undamaged condition. She stands quite well on her own.
