You are bidding on a beautiful antique parlor guitar. There is no label or year, I think built around 1920 in Germany or Austria. A vintage instrument in good condition and immediately playable, does not need repair. Beautiful wood, the top is fine spruce, the back and sides is probably maple. Someone changed it to a tobacco-burst guitar. The tuners work well, rosewood fretboard with 19 frets (show signs of use), three mother-of-pearl markers at the fretboard, wonderful rosewood bridge, all bridge pins are available. The neck is slightly curved but good playable, the action at the 12th fret is about 5mm. Older nylon strings (2 are missing), fine and clear sound. OLD INSTRUMENT IN GOOD CONDITION. The substance of this parlor guitar is very fine. If you change the varnish to its original "outfit", it should be a beauty. See my pics ! Hier eine schöne antike Gitarre in kleinerer Parlorform, handgebaut in Deutschland oder Österreich, ohne Label oder Jahreszahl, ich schätze um 1920 gebaut. Guter Zustand mit nur wenigen Schäden, der Hals ist leicht gebogen (Mechaniken, die gut funktionieren, Palisandergriffbrett mit 19 Bundstäben, schöner Steg und Stegpins). Feine Hölzer (Fichte und wahrscheinlich Ahorn). Leider hat ein Vorbesitzer den Boden und die Zargen in tobaccoburst lackiert, und das auch nicht perfekt, es gibt auch Lackschäden, schade. Dieses Instrument wurde sicher sehr oft und intensiv gespielt. Mensur 618mm, Gesamtlänge 940mm. Alles in allem ein interessantes und hschönes Stück zum Spielen oder Sammeln!
