I don't see any stamp in the crown and it is slightly out of round. It is in very good to excellent condition and has a very attractive continuous fan design above the raised smooth edge. There is a 9 stamped above an "0" with a dot or star next to the "0" on the smooth part of the band. The thimble is relatively clean as gold doesn't tarnish the way sterling does. I don't believe in cleaning the items in my personal collection so I will leave it to you to clean this to your own satisfaction. I collected this in the 1980s on the East Coast.
