Description
Herter Bros. was a prestigious firm of interior decorators/cabinet makers located in New York City. This firm decorated the houses of wealthy customers across the country including J. Pierpont Morgan, William Vanderbilt, Jay Gould, the White House, etc. Herter Brothers furniture is exhibited in several major museums in the United States. This piece will bring beauty to any room! It is in excellent condition and the sideboard is dated around 1880. Original mirror. It is heavy, very sturdy and stable. The measurements are 76 inches ; W. X 88 inches H. X 22 inches D. The piece is very well carved and nice inlay works on the drawers. The piece retains its original finish. Shipping: Regarding shipping you have three choices. First choice is standard shipping for $395.00 This consists of blanket wrapping by an antique trucking company to anywhere in the Continental US. This is probably your best deal.
