This wonderful early Islamic pottery vase has a nice form. It is decorated with lots of writing around the middle of the body in a coppery glaze, along with birds around the neck. It dates from the 18th Century and measures 9 + 1/8 inches tall by approximately 6 + 1/2 inches across. It is in excellent condition with the exception of a couple a minor glaze rubs along the rim, with one fine hairline coming off from the rim, as can be seen in the photos. It is being sold as is.
