But they are products of core preparation and their axis of flaking is oblique relative to the axis of the ready made tool. This one here is a quite regular specimen with thick wide proximal end, thin sharp edges and thin pointed distal end. Both lateral edges present a fine accomodation retouch. Raw-material: flint, entirely bright gray patinated Preservation: very well, no modern damages. Some matrix from the original site layer still adheres to the exterior side.
