Description
I had this shipped from Michigan a couple of years ago and discovered I didn't have the room to plumb it in like I thought I did. These were popular in the 20s and earlier in older houses with large bathrooms. This needs some new knobs and probably new rubber parts in the joints but all the plumbing is here for installation or it would make a nice garden ornament if you like. I'm selling this for less than what we paid for it and and much less than what they sell for at restoration places. We stripped it and repainted the bottom with rustolium paint. The porcelain is in very good condition, just needs some cleaning, does not need refinishing. It weighs like at least a couple hundred pounds, its enameled cast iron and was probably made around the turn of the last century. There is a makers name on it, I can't think of who it is right now, you have to turn it over to read it. It's someone like Crane or Standard. We live near downtown Snohomish, it's easy to find. I will not deliver this item, it is for local pick-up only. I can deliver it a short distance for a fee but I will not pack and ship it. If the buyer would like to arrange to have it picked up that is up to the buyer. Ebay will not let me start this auction without stating a shipping cost, when I had it shipped it was on a pallet and I had it shipped to a local company that had a loading dock, I think I paid around 200.00 for the entire cost but it could be more depending on your location. I would say up to 300 or 400. I accept Paypal or Postal money orders or cash. Thanks, Dean Dimensions : 34" wide - 32" front to back - 15" tall to arm rests - 23" to the back rest- holds about 9" or 10" of water.
