The lamp has its correct W&W burner with the tube running right through its body and secured at the bottom by a decorative drip tray.  The burner is beautifully and distinctly marked, "W&W KOSMOS" with their trademark on the winder marked, "PATENT BREVETT SGOG" on the centre wick tube. The lead loading in the base is marked, "W&W 1373" and at the front of the lamp casting, below the burner and within a decorative shield, "PATENT WILD & WESSEL BERLIN". The original Shade is pink over an opal internal casing.  It is 7ins diameter where it fits into the shade ring.  It has one tiny manufacturers blown air bubble inside which does not show.
