Being offered is a fine Coin silver circa 1865 figural centerpiece bowl by Gorham of Providence, RI. The center bowl is supported by four finely sculpted 3-dimensional Nymphs above which are four applied faces of Diana on the upper rim of the bowl and a seated winged cherub sitting at center of base. Beneath each face of Diana are four round disks with beaded edges and silver swags. A decorative bright cut and engraved design appears in the interior of the bowl. At bottom of bowl, there is the inscription: "From Ettie & Sadie to their brother Thomas Bishkow and his beloved wife Frances M. Bishkow on the 25th Anniversary of their Marriage Feb. 14, 1911." Height 7 3/4 inches. Diameter at rim 10 1/4 inches. Weight 56 oz. Marked with Gorham's lion, anchor, G, 150. In excellent condition.
