The Girl pictured in the Window is after a model used by William Adolphe Bouguereau who was one of France's premier Artists in the mid 19th Century. ..This window as Incredible as it stands with its Drapery Glass,Plating, Artists Portrait of the Woman, Jewels and Poppy designs it also carries a Tiffany Studios signature (bottom left on window, where signature was fired in enamel) and having some qualities of an early Tiffany Studios designed Window but I cannot guarantee window was made by Tiffany. .Condition wise I find 3 hairlines.The largest hairline is within the Blue back round surrounding the portrait.No hairlines that go thru the plated glass or affect the Portrait..Although the window is comprised mainly of Kokomo glass and some studio glass, and while a good deal of the window is plated ..(multiple layers of Glass that were used a Great deal in better windows for desired lighting/contrast/color effects) The window also has thick Drapery glass as seen in the pictures of the skirt.This Window would be one of the finest Estate landing windows that one could ever hope to purchase. The pictures in no way display the extreme beauty of the Glass and Window and Portrait..This Stained and leaded glass Landing Window weighs over 150 pounds .......The Window measures 69" by 40" unframed.....
